PRIMUS HOME PHONE SERVICE RANKED NUMBER ONE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND BEST VALUE AMONG LOCAL TELEPHONE AND CABLE COMPANIES, ACCORDING TO AIR MILES SURVEY |

Toronto, Canada (October 7, 2009) – Primus Telecommunications Canada, the country’s largest alternative communications carrier, has been rated number one in both customer satisfaction and best ‘value for money’ among its major competitors for its Home Phone Service according to an independent survey conducted by the AIR MILES Reward Program. Primus Canada participates in the Reward Program as a coalition partner. “Primus strives to ensure that we provide our customers the utmost in quality and service, and deliver the best possible value for their money,” said Rob Warden, Vice President Residential Marketing and Sales for Primus Canada. “The results of the AIR MILES survey are a testament to this commitment and we are delighted with the findings.” The online research was conducted by the AIR MILES Reward Program with 1,183 AIR MILES reward miles collectors living in Primus home phone service areas.
